Floor Source

We were very satisfied with the service received from Floor Source in Surprise. The sales staff was excellent and the product ordered fits our needs perfectly. We replaced the entire flooring in our house and all products came quickly as advertised. The work crew was prompt and courteous. They completed the installation along with clean-up in the time period as was explained to us by the sales personnel. We would absolutely use their services again. Bruce & Lynn Hegrenes

We walked in without an appointment and Veronica immediately took great care of us. She was very informative, answered all of our questions, and really took the time to explain our options without any pressure. She even allowed us to take samples home so we could see how everything looked in our space, which made a huge difference. We were very happy with her customer service she gave us a very fair price on the flooring we selected and was quick to respond to any follow-up questions. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend asking for Veronica!

We are very happy with our experience with floor source in all aspects. Tiffany was extremely professional and helpful when she provided us with an estimate. She was very informative and patient with us while we made our decision. Tiffany helped us with the right choice in carpet providing us with important details to the product. She is a valuable asset to the company. We highly recommend floor source as we are very pleased with our purchase. The Roveto Family

We had the pleasure of working with Veronica Randall to replace the carpet in our new home with laminate. Veronica was able to go to our home and bring samples of what we picked out (with her help) and sent us photos/provided feedback of what would work best with the room. After we selected the flooring and the crew installed (completing 3 rooms in 2 days!) she helped us choose a fantastic material for the bedrooms and we couldn’t be happier! Their pricing was also incredibly reasoning for the material and quality of work.

My purchase experience with Floor Source was excellent. The sales Lisa and Omar were very helpful. The measuring was done promptly, and the ordering process was smooth. The warehouse notified me when the material arrived and held it until my installer was ready to pick it up. My new floors look great.
