Not a reputable business and I would highly recommend using any other flooring company. They advertise and boast of having world class customer service and warranty, but when time comes to honour these claims they just ignored us. Product was substandard, with a finish that chipped and flaked away. Had a company rep inspect at our home who agreed that the product was defective and needed replacement under their warranty, however after 10 or more follow up inquiries regarding the status of our claim that were ignored we finally did what they hoped and knew we would do and gave up. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Hamid did a great job measuring and helping us select the best hardwood for our house. The installation team also did a great job installing the product. Showed up on time and finished in the estimated time window. I will be honest I was very hesitant with the "all sales are final" and "100% payment in full" rules before work starts but in the end Hamid and Harwood giant delivered on their promise.
