Could not be any happier with my experience at this location. Hans was super helpful and patient as well as very professional. We did a lot of running around and research in the area for a stair runner and End of the Roll Pickering was by far the nicest and easiest to deal with. They were also the most reasonable when it came to pricing. We got them to install the runner as well and it was perfect. Would definitely recommend them and will be back for all my future carpet needs.
The Pickering location has Some of the best pricing and options. jay has alot of knowledge and is always trying to help you choose the right product without the feeling of being pressured or like he’s just trying to make a sale.We got a carpet runner for our stairs and it looks great. We decided after ordering and receiving it to have it installed by their staff and it was the best decision. The guy was so nice and fast it looks so clean. Saved us alot of time and energy
