Had carpet installed and the installers took 1500 hundred. I called to complain and the owner told me his installers are honest. I know for sure they took the money. My wife and I were the only ones in the house. Owner said he would call me back and never did.

We recently used Pape's Flooring in my mother's home. After years of wear and tear--it was time to upgrade! Dan and Jamie did a wonderful job at communicating with us through the process and quoted us a very reasonable price for re-doing LVP and carpeting the entire house. The flooring installers were professional and the flooring looks great. We would highly recommend Pape's again!

We had a great experience with Papes Flooring America. Dan was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. The installation was done on time, the carpet looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. It’s such a relief to work with a team that’s both knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend them!

I love my new flooring. Jamie helped me find the luxury vinyl flooring that matched my decor. The installation went smoothly and everyone was kind and friendly.

From my first contact with saleswoman Jamie at Pape’s Flooring, I received super fast and outstanding service. The gentleman (Paul?) who measured and the fellows who laid the carpet were professional, friendly, and did a top notch job. Jamie was very helpful when we were picking out the padding and carpet. I really enjoyed working with her! (If we weren’t moving out of the area, I would love to be her friend. ??
