Had carpet installed and the installers took 1500 hundred. I called to complain and the owner told me his installers are honest. I know for sure they took the money. My wife and I were the only ones in the house. Owner said he would call me back and never did.
We recently used Pape's Flooring in my mother's home. After years of wear and tear--it was time to upgrade! Dan and Jamie did a wonderful job at communicating with us through the process and quoted us a very reasonable price for re-doing LVP and carpeting the entire house. The flooring installers were professional and the flooring looks great. We would highly recommend Pape's again!

From my first contact with saleswoman Jamie at Pape’s Flooring, I received super fast and outstanding service. The gentleman (Paul?) who measured and the fellows who laid the carpet were professional, friendly, and did a top notch job. Jamie was very helpful when we were picking out the padding and carpet.
