I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service experience at Floor & Decor. I initially visited the Wylie store to address an issue with one of their products. I provided all the necessary information, and they assured me that the Plano location would follow up with me. However, when I reached out to Plano, the manager told me to follow up elsewhere. I feel like I’m being passed around with no resolution in sight. Instead of helping, they are simply brushing me off. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, and I expect far better customer support.
Tons of tile options at the location in Plano! Love that you can bring samples home to see them in your own space. Best part is the customer service! Easy returns and great advice from Lakeiya Hunter. She suggested I simplify the design in my small space. It was the perfect advice! I also had great help with ordering by Rosie Esquivel at the ProDesk. She found what I needed at three different stores in DFW. She set-up the orders for easy pick-up to help save me the shipping fees. Your service rocks! Thank you, both!
I always love this place but I was disappointed that they didn’t have any cheaper options for a backsplash. I did find something I loved but paid $200 more than I wanted to. Hopefully, I can make a big return. They made checkout easy and made arranging for my contractor to pick up my order easy! That was a definite improvement.
