We had an excellent experience with Floor Expo. From the beginning, they were very professional and offered fair, reasonable pricing. The owner, Zubi, was extremely helpful and took the time to walk us through multiple flooring options, recommending products that truly fit our home and needs instead of just pushing the most expensive ones. Matthew was also great—he clearly explained the pros and cons of each product, which made the decision process much easier and more confident. After purchasing the flooring, I initially planned to install it with our own crew. Even then, Zubi and Matthew continued to support us by giving helpful advice and guidance throughout the process. When I realized I needed to order additional flooring, Floor Expo responded quickly and urgently helped us cover the shortage. Overall, Floor Expo really knows what customers need. Their expertise, honesty, and willingness to help even after the sale truly set them apart. I highly recommend Floor Expo to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent service.

I went by Lumber Liquidators in Plano to look for a new floor and found several good choices but the assistance was friendly but shallow. I saw Floor Expo shared the same parking lot and wandered how they could compete. I went in and found a wider variety and a bigger store. Then Zuni Bill the owner came and really assisted. He didn’t push style or color but gave insights into various types of floors and suddenly I realized I now prefer Laminate Engineered Wood to the Vinyl I first thought I needed. I had a need for next day home measurements and they were able to arrange that to meet my schedule. My wife, son and I then went back to the store after work and Zuni patiently kept the store open later while we debated color. We couldn’t come to a consensus until Zuni asked a few clarifying questions and then boom we all went to my wife’s choice. Installation is where they shined the most. I have seen many floors installed but this crew did all the little things on my 1960 home that I would have only expected on a Preston Hollow type home. Great job and the house is amazing at a fair price.

After looking a several flooring stores we found Floor Expo and met Zubie Bill. We found exactly the engineered wood flooring we were looking for! Zubie was professional, courteous, honest and his prices good pricing. Their installers BM Flooring installations - the man Brandy and his crew did a top notch job on installation. Zubie said the installers would help move a few pieces of furniture or boxes but we chose to do it all and hired a friend to help. The installers were impressed and started to work on our floors immediately which was what we needed. Thank you to Zubie and the installers for a great job- We are thrilled with our floors.

We had an excellent experience with Floor Expo! Before going to them, we had been to all the big box stores and many others but we were not enthusiastic with what we found. Then we went to Floor Expo where Matthew helped us go through the many options. After several iterations of taking samples home to visualize the new flooring and carpet with our furniture and walls, we choose one of the SPC products and carpet Matthew suggested. The cost estimate was very competitive so we moved forward with scheduling the installation in our downstairs. The installation team arrived right on time and completed the work in about four days. There was one issue later with a single plank which they repaired without question. Several months later we had them do our upstairs flooring and stairway with the same SPC. We also had them redo the floor tile in the upstairs bathroom. A different team did the installation, but also did a great job! Throughout this process we worked with Matthew and Zubi, both were very patient and customer focused. Based on our experience, we highly recommend Floor Expo.
