Purchased flooring with install. We did all the demo. When it came time to install they got here as scheduled , then told me after they had already begun working it would be an additional $2,700. They had come to our home twice for measurements and estimate. The floor apparently needed that much self leveling. Now we have floors that are not symmetric in a hallway and many planks bow up when walking. I feel they took advantage of us and did a subpar job just to make money. We had so many projects on our plate after a horrible flood. We thought if we contracted this job out it would save us time and a headache. Now we have wobbly floors and an unsymmetrical hallway and will need to fix these problems.
Best prices They have the best prices here! I had already been helped at the Carrollton store, and it was an amazing experience. Richie and Joe took great care of me—super friendly and helpful. That’s why I came back without a second thought! The guy who was going to install my flooring told me to go to Flor en Decor, but no… nothing compares! I found the best price, the best service, and I took my flooring home—and it looks spectacular. I’m so happy with how it turned out! This is a flooring company… and a flooring company. Highly recommended!”Thank you ??
Great prices. Helpful staff. High quality lumber. I bought unfinished natural red oak boards for my home and didn’t have to discard many boards, much less than the suggested margin to be safe.
I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with LL Flooring, and I feel compelled to share my frustrations in this review. Despite multiple attempts to reach out to their customer service team, I have received no response, leaving me with no choice but to express my dissatisfaction publicly. It is evident that LL Flooring has failed to uphold their commitment to customer satisfaction. My ordeal began with an order for Aqua Seal engineered bamboo flooring, a product that proved to be highly problematic. As someone with experience in DIY projects and previous successful installations of various types of click-lock flooring, I was shocked by the numerous issues I encountered during the installation process. The most noticeable problem was the inconsistent machining of the flooring boards. Upon closer inspection, it became apparent that the manufacturing process lacked precision. The boards were not machined in a straight line, resulting in a visibly uneven appearance once installed. Achieving a seamless and uniform look was nearly impossible, despite my best efforts. In addition, the click-lock mechanism on the Aqua Seal flooring proved to be inadequate. The connectors were too short and failed to remain securely locked during installation. This flaw, combined with the incorrect machining, caused the flooring rows to separate, resulting in unsightly gaps and raised rows that could not be rectified as the installation progressed.Sadly, the consequences of these inherent flaws were irreversible damage to two of the rooms where I had installed this flooring. This experience has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss, leaving me deeply disappointed in LL Flooring's lack of quality control and their failure to meet the expected standards of their product.Despite detailing these issues and my polite request to work together to rectify the issue in multiple emails, LL Flooring has remained silent. Their lack of response only compounds my frustration and further demonstrates their disregard for customer concerns. It is deeply disheartening to encounter such poor customer service after placing trust in a company's commitment to satisfaction. If you are considering ordering from LL Flooring, I strongly urge you to reconsider. My experience with the Aqua Seal engineered bamboo flooring and the subsequent lack of response from their customer service team have left me with a negative impression of this company. The flawed product and their failure to address my concerns have shattered my confidence in their brand. In conclusion, my recommendation is clear: do not order from LL Flooring. Their inability to rectify issues, respond to customer complaints, and provide a satisfactory resolution speaks volumes about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by exploring other flooring options and companies that prioritize their customers' needs and concerns.
Absolutely love the porcelain tile I bought for my whole house remodel. I spent a lot of time researching flooring and almost went with a waterproof vinyl plank. I decided for my needs tile would be much more durable and better for our 3 dogs. I can get the steam mop out and clean easily. Vinyl planking is more delicate. I wanted something that looked like wood so when I found this I knew it was perfect for me. Staff is great!
