DON’T HIRE!! Owner came and knew his workers messed up the total remodel said he would make it right but needed more $$$. I should have fired them when I caught there crew drinking on the job!! Used inferior supplies bait and switched carpet/paint/ trim total cluster. Got them the appliance information to build kitchen cabinets around appliances totally messed up that up. Before you think about hiring let me show you some pictures. And they pulled no PERMITS!!! Be aware of them!!!!
October 2025. Nadine floors (Coit road location) put in new hardwood floors for us & a few bedrooms of carpet. It was a great experience from sales through installation.
Nadine remodeled my kitchen 12/24-3/25. We kept the refrigerator, stove and dishwasher and refinished the floors, everything else new. Moved the ovens, took out the peninsula with sink and dishwasher, new island 4x larger…
I just got carpet installed in 2 rooms, and had a excellent experience from choosing carpet to install , cost effective. Rania & installer team were great. they were efficient & quick & did a great job.. I would highly recommend Nadine floor company.
extremely dissatisfied, don't use this company just because of the price, it's loads of headaches working with this place. They didn't finish in promised time, they never come on time, they broke my furnitures and didn't have the decency to inform me, the finished product have holes in it where they put nails it, breaking the surface of the wood pieces. In the end they wanted to charge me extra due to unexpected material costs, in cash! I tried complaining to the company by phone, this lady called Doris started yelling at me, very very poor customer service, very disrespectful of my time and wasted thousands of dollars on floors that probably won't last very long.
