Willow replaced our upstairs carpets. Excellent quality of carpet at a good price. Much better than the box store deal even with their 50% discount. Got a higher quality carpet with a longer warranty at a lower price. Installation was amazing. Four rooms plus hallway and stairs done in one day. Looks awesome! Greg was great to work with and made the process easy. Super flexible. Thank you Willow for the great work.

Edit - after a few months, this company did make it right and come fix the carpet pulling back from the wall. You just have to contact them a lot! :) The seam is still very unsightly, but there is not much that can be done other than replacing it all. So editing my star value.

Original:
I typically don’t write negative reviews, but after spending quite a bit of money on carpet, I want to post my experience. The pros of this company is the turnaround was quick, although they showed up with less carpet than was needed and had to order more, whatever not a big deal. It was installed fast, and at a better price than most. The cons are - there is a large noticeable seam going down the middle of the floor. Even this, I tried to ignore although most people that have come by have told me that could have definitely been avoided. However, the main thing is now, not even a year in with the carpet, it is pulling back from the wall. Bubbling up from the edges and pulling back. I reached out to the company several months ago to see what could be done, and after a month of leaving messages someone answered and told me they would “come out to take a look.” That was about 6 weeks ago. I’ve emailed photos, I’ve followed up, and just keep getting told - ok send me some times that work. Then nothing. So, if you want carpet that is less than mediocre, and poor customer service, but may be priced a couple hundred dollars less.. go with this company. If you’d like something better, spend your money elsewhere.

Worst experience ever. I paid 13K to install flooring in my house and it's all crap, from the product to the team to the contractor who did the job, the worst experience is with post service issues and the lack of respect and commitment and knowledge and company values to their clients.

I bought my house in 2022, Willow Floors installed 20th Roaring Vinyl Plank flooring in my new house in Nov 2022, the previous owner had a mix of tiles and planks.
I reached back to them after 2 months from the installation to report buckling in various areas of the new planks, they came and saw but insisted to claim my house has water leakage causing this issue, for which I paid to several plumber to inspect this and all confirmed there is no leakage or broken pipes under the concrete. I hired a 3rd party flooring company and they inspected the house and found that moisture reading was high when the tool is placed on the leveling compound that the contractor applied on the concrete but there was no moisture readings on the actual concrete. Based on that, Willow Floors were forced to redo the job, however they only reinstalled the areas that originally had tiles because those were the most areas showing high buckling, they installed vapor barrier under the new planks. However, despite I told them I need the other areas that also were showing little buckling to be replaced with vapor barrier, they refused claiming there is no buckling. In October this year, I decided to reach back to them with pictures showing how the unreplaced planks developed higher buckling now, also I reported that one of the new planks they put in the kitchen is not properly installed causing the plank corner to be damaged and can injure us since it's in a high traffic area. I struggled to get a response from them since October 2024, I then left a message on their website in November 2024 as a new customer and that's when the owner called me to listen to my issue, he was defensive and could not give a reasonable explanation on why the planks are showing higher buckling while the house has no leakage/moisture issues per the plumber report. Here are some of the justifications the owner mentioned over the call:
1. The rain could cause leakage under your house, I asked him how can that cause buckling in some areas but not the ones you reinstalled, and that this should be an issue with all other houses, he said I don't know.
2. Texas soil moves and that could cause buckling, I told him this makes no sense as this will impact the windows, doors and other houses, not only the planks they didn't replace
I told him that it looks like it's a leveling compound issue again.

He then asked me to send him a picture of the damaged kitchen plank to see it but originally he claimed that something may have felt over it causing the damage. I send him the email with all the pictures not just he kitchen and asked him to reply by end of the week. No response, I followed up again expressing dissatisfaction from his service and that I will have no option but to write a bad review on Google and open a case. He then responded 2 days later asking for a date to visit the house, he came on Nov 23rd and this time he said that the manufacturer did not have the vapor barrier part of the product in 2022 when they initially installed our flooring, but the manufacturer is now asking for the barrier to be part of the product. For the kitchen plank he said that they can fix it. He asked me to give him time until Monday after ThanksGiving to get back to me with a resolution. 2 weeks passed he didn't show up, I emailed him and on Dec 9th then Dec 12th and finally he responded claiming that the contractor who did my job is out of town and will be back after Christmas. I was extremely frustrated with his lack of commitment and wasting time, therefore I told him that I will give him up to Dec 31th to get back with a resolution without any excuses otherwise I will proceed with my review and opening the case, yet he showed no commitment or respect. This will impact the sale price of my house.

I have tried contacting the company numerous times with no prevail. These floors have been the absolute bane of my existence. We had Willow install these floors approximately 5 years ago and were ghosted as soon as the job was done. They didn’t place quarter round in numerous areas, there have been HUGE gap issues which has been a constant irritation, and the communication has been a continuous issue. Skip the hassle, spend the extra money and get your floors done by a reputable company.

We got excellent service. We shopped around before choosing willow floors for our carpet replacement. Nick not only match the price, but he beat it. We got some pretty good insights from him. He did not offer any quotes blindly, rather gave an accurate estimate after measuring the unit in person to reduce the carpet wastage before placing an order. He was honest and thoroughly professional.

Also, we have got the quickest service that we never imagined it to be after shopping around. Everybody was asking for at least a couple of weeks for carpet replacement due to the shipping and installation team availability. However, Nick asked for a week, which is far lesser than his competitors in the market, but he got it replaced in less than four days after paying our deposit to our pleasant surprise a couple of days before our house warming event.

Many thanks to the installer Jasiel Gandara and his colleague for working so hard over the weekend to get it on time and with minimal wastage. We can not thank Nick enough for the smooth experience. I recommend you to visit Nick when you are planning to do the floor for your home.
