We went into the store looking for a budget carpet for our office. The salesman greeted us and when we explained what we needed, and how soon we needed it,he sarcastically told us to go to Home Depot. What a poor example of an employee. He has zero people skills. Coastal flooring came through for us during our remodel. We went to stores as far south as Boynton Beach - but couldn’t find the tile we liked within our budget. We finally decided on two tiles and chose the less expensive one. After the contract was signed their distributor informed them that the tile we chose was no longer available. They informed us and sold us the better tile at the price of the less expensive to. It’s been 6 years - and everyday we are still happy with the choice we made. Coastal flooring came through for us - their customer service was on point and their products are top quality. You won’t be disappointed.

Sales and installation processes were smooth and professional. The sales consultant spent a lot of time helping me to select the right flooring and determine how best to lay it out. The installers showed up on time and worked all day to tear out the carpet in three bedrooms and replace it with the laminate flooring I had chosen. The end product looks great!
