Jean gave us her undivided attention and helped us to find and decide on beautiful tile and flooring for our shower. She was extremely helpful and friendly and we did not feel rushed or pressured at any time. Rickie was also friendly and helped to ensure our order was completed.
Pro desk services are the worst , I have been 3 times to the store to load thinset and they always say they are busy at the warehouse, this last time I went right by the loading area and they guys were just joking and laughing while I was loading my 40 bags of thinset by myself , one employee from the floor offered to help , this doesn't happen at the other stores , cashiers are nice but nothing they can do about the other people on the back!! 1/26/2026 10:30 to 11am, next time Jensen beach store has my business they are always willing to help over there, it will worth the extra 20 minutes drive.
What an incredible operation...staff is professional, knowledgeable, and customer centric. It's almost as if associates are clones of each other--complimentarily stated. Regardless of with whom you speak, each shares the same attributes. Although we spoke with various associates, a shout out to Jim, who spent a lot of time working with us. What an exceptional training program F&D must have!
