David and his team did a fabulous job removing existing carpet & tile, and installing LVP throughout most of my home. David responded to my inquiry promptly, was timely & gave a very competitive estimate. He brought samples for me to choose and left them to consider with my spouse. Carlee confirmed the team would arrive the day prior - very professional. David came every day that the teams worked, assuring that I was satisfied & answering any questions. They added quarter round and dud a great job caulking & camouflaging that door moldings are higher than the newly installed flooring. They hauled away all the removed flooring, and did great job. I would highly recommend Integrity - their name says it all.

Avoid This Company – Poor Workmanship and No AccountabilityWe had our flooring installed less than a year ago, and what should have been a simple project turned into a major headache due to poor workmanship and the company’s lack of responsibility.First, it’s important to note that this company does not do the work themselves. Instead, they subcontract to a Brazilian company, and unfortunately, the installers they hired did a terrible job. They cracked our floorboards, put holes in our walls, and failed to properly seal areas—including behind our fridge, where we now have mold as a result.We contacted the owners immediately, provided photo evidence, and were assured that they would return to fix the issues, including replacing the damaged floorboards and repairing the walls. However, despite their initial promises, they never followed through. Now, after months of waiting and following up, they are refusing to take responsibility, claiming they only cover “installation errors.”This is completely unacceptable, as we reported the issues right away and were misled into thinking they would be resolved. Instead, they have ignored their own promises and are trying to shift the blame onto us. If you’re looking for a reliable flooring company, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This business does not do the work themselves, does not stand behind their service, and leaves customers with costly repairs and unnecessary stress. Save yourself the trouble and choose a company with actual integrity.
I can’t say enough good things about David and his team! Prior to installation David answered all of my questions, let me take home samples and helped me decide on the best product to go with to fit our needs. David was always professional and quickly responsive. Once booked, his team started immediately. His team was so professional and kind. They did quick and quality work! I would recommend this company over and over and plan to use them on my next bathroomReno!
Highly recommend! From the first communications by email and text, I recognized that this company was setting itself apart from other flooring companies I had contacted. David, the owner was very prompt in answering questions. The pricing I received was competitive and fair. Their A+ work was done on schedule and completed surprisingly fast.
