Emerson and his crew were awesome -professional, hardworking and just an overall pleasure to work with. Ron was great from the moment he came to our house with his truck full of samples. He took his time going through the different products and was helpful in our decision process. Ron made himself available throughout the whole process and made this a positive experience. Ron was completely understanding of our financial situation and offered us a variety of options to suit our needs. Not only was he personable but he was very professional and kind. He was able to get our carpet install done less than 24 hours from his visit!! Saturday morning to be exact. How many companies can say that? Good products and selection - and they come to you so you can view samples in your home too which is very helpful. Owner Ron was great to work with but the primary reason we went with them? They would warranty both the flooring AND the installation. We couldn't find that with storefront flooring companies. They tried hard to find flooring samples that we were looking for as well. I loved that I was able to see how each sample I liked would look in each room of my house. The installers were very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job! and not forgetting they got great prices too. 100% + Recommended!!
