We were having vinyl plank flooring put over our old ceramic tile floor. When we got part way into the project we found the existing floor was very unflat and needed leveling before we could get a good flat vinyl floor on top of it. This took some time, but they worked with us to make sure the final floor was everything we though it should be.I would recommend PSL Floor and Supply to anyone.
PSL Floor & Supply installed a Vinyl Plank Laminate Floor for me and did an “awesome” job. I did get quotes from others but once I met Carolina from PSL flooring I felt this company would be best. Carolina was the most knowledgeable and seemed to know more than these places that have been in the business for over thirty years! All was explained and itemized unlike the others. The price was fair and I am very pleased with my new flooring. In addition, if any questions may arise Carolina is quick to respond which is a rarity in businesses these days. A special nod to their installation crew of Hilton and Junior. They were precise craftsmen. And were polite and respectful. Carolina and her team were absolutely phenomenal. She was very helpful, honest and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We requested quotes from probably 10 companies, mostly because nobody would get back to us with quote! And the few that did eventually give us a quote (days or weeks later) were so much more expensive, and with not as good quality, flooring material.Carolina held our hand through the entire process. And the installers were in and out pretty quickly but also very mindful of details. They stopped a few times to point certain things out to me that may be an issue and gave me a chance to correct it before they continued in that area.Reflooring your home, while you’re living there is a very stressful situation but the team at PSL Flooring made it so easy to deal with. They were very pleasant to work with and my wife and I are so happy we found them!We already recommended them to a few of our friends and will continue to do so without any reservations or hesitations!
