Marinko is a true professional. This is the second time we have used his company. He is knowledgeable, personable, sincere, and committed to his clients. We love the work done by M&M Flooring in our basement floor/stair installation. From start to finish Marinko and his team did a fantastic job. They took up the old carpet and got the new product (LVP and carpet) in swiftly and completely. Marinko is considerate, responsive and knowledgeable. His crew is thorough, hard working, fast and did excellent work. Absolutely no reservations about giving them 5 stars.

Marinko was a pleasure to work with and very considerate of our time and needs for the project. He is very professional and has a great process from consult to install. M&M Flooring just finished replacing my laminate/carpet flooring and I could not be happier! Not only is Marinko and his team exceptional craftsmen, but they are great people too. They were professional, friendly, timely, cleanly, and efficient. The end result shows how much they care for their craft, and I would recommend them to anyone! I am so impressed and satisfied with their work that I plan on working with them on my next flooring project. Thank you, M&M Flooring!Edit:I've decided to update my review based on work I had done recently with my bathroom flooring. I've also attached images, but before I get into the stories behind the images, I'd like to mention a few things. First, I was charged the full amount for the job up front (~$2500). Second, the work ended up being contracted out. And third, the job was supposed to only take a day and it ended up taking a couple days, with a few of days in between. Also, on the days they did show up, they were an hour early and an hour late. And both times they seemed to be in a rush, which is reflected in the craftsmanship (or lack thereof).So, the first set of images (3) show a hole they put in my dry wall when trying to remove the trimming. The follow up pictures show how they angled the new trimming in an attempt to cover the hole, which causes a very obvious gap between the trim and the flooring. And you can see an indent in the wall above the trim, which sits right above the hole.The next image shows the t-molding that they did not properly re-install. And that t-molding is from the previous job I had done. So, I guess it's up to me now to re-install it.The next set of images (2) are examples of sloppy cuts that were done. And these are just some of the ones that they couldn't hide with trimming.And the last set of images (2) show how they hid a sloppy cut with trimming. The previous floor was flush with the cabinet, so no trimming was necessary. And you can see that they didn't wrap the trimming around the front of the cabinet, so it looks incomplete and it exposes the wood finish of the interior of the trim.Overall, very unhappy with this work. And based on the work done by Marinko and his team on the previous job, this leaves a lot to be desired. It is unfortunate and was unexpected. Exercise caution if you have a job that is going to be contracted out.Update:This is an update to my bathroom floor edit. Marinko did come back to the house to address the concerns that I shared here. I just want to emphasize that the work Marinko and his team do is top notch; that being said, I am still unhappy with the work done by the contractors. After his visit, I am happy with the finished product and it lives up to the standards I've come to expect from M&M Flooring. Marinko cares about his customers and the quality of his work and I think coming back to address these issues, at no charge, is a great example of that.
