We struck gold twice in a row at Port City Flooring. A year ago, needing a new area rug for the living room and wanting to shop locally, we visited the store for the first time. Within minutes, working with the sales/design consultant, we found the perfect rug and it was bundled into our Prius. This January, tired of cold feet, we went back in search of a rug for under the dining room table. Again, like magic, the perfect rug was hanging there, on sale. Rolled up and (miraculously!) tucked to the back of the car. Far better than scrolling through hundreds of pages on Wayfair! Thanks, Port City Flooring!

NEWS CENTER Maine worked with Port City Flooring to do a custom carpeting project that needed a quick turn. Anna and her team were cordial and responsive and had a proposal ready very quickly. The installer did a fantastic job and we are simply thrilled with the result! Would definitely recommend! Outstanding service and wonderful customer service!

We had to carpet three bedrooms and a hall, and find area rugs for our living room, dining room and family room. Our home is a mix of traditional and contemporary. I went to four different rug dealers before I found Port City. The selection was far superior to any of the other showrooms. Becky was outstanding not only in terms of selection but also in managing the installation. Beyond the look, we found carpeting that stood up to stains and is as practical as it is beautiful. Finding the right carpeting and rugs that pull together an entire home is challenging. Everything looked terrific. Thank you Port City!

For qualifying carpet installed by an Abbey Carpet & Floor installer, the company says an unsatisfactory selection within 60 days after installation will be replaced with another carpet of equal value from the same manufacturer.
