Everyone we talked to over the phone or in person was great. Super helpful and responded to texts or calls promptly. We had new flooring weaved into old flooring and it looks amazing, can't tell the old from the new. They worked quickly and made it all very beautiful!
We had a great experience with Flooring America out of Oregon City. There was a problem with the first installation, which was over 5 years ago, and they went above and beyond to fix it at no cost. We were so happy with the service that we had them do the rest of the house as well. Would definitely use them again.
We needed new wood floors for our downstairs and our whole upstairs carpeted. We hired Flooring America of Oregon and left on a two week cruise. We came home to the most beautiful wood floors you can imagine and new carpeting to our upstairs. It was picture perfect and we could not have been happier. Their price was so reasonable and their work was outstanding. We will never use anyone else.
We purchased carpet and LVP about two and a half years ago from Flooring America for our living room, two bedrooms and family room. We were very pleased with the materials as well as the installation process. From the cost estimate to install timeframe to the actual installation, everything went smoothly. Installers were professional, courteous and worked diligently. Recently we had more LVP installed in our kitchen. It was the same product we had purchased before and it looks great. The quality of the LVP is excellent--waterproof, scratch resistant and easy to clean. Looks like real hardwood. If we need more flooring, we will contact Flooring America again.
I used Flooring America in Oregon City to install roughly 1300 square feet of carpet tiles and about 200 square feet of lvp flooring on a large high profile medical facility. They did an amazing job with special attention to detail such as leveling the concrete out to smooth as glass before installing!! The finished product was flawless and extremely quick!!! Also friendly and honest customer service!!! I’ll use them again soon!!
