I was staying at the Travelodge in Prince Albert. If you’ve been there, you understand: the floors feel like they’ve seen war, and the hallways whisper. I needed refuge. I needed texture.I stumbled into Carpet World like a man emerging from the underworld, shirt slightly damp, shoes spiritually compromised. I said, “Please. I need to touch something soft.” The man at the counter didn’t blink. He just nodded slowly and said, “You’ve come to the right place.”AND I HAD.Rows and rows of blessed, plush salvation. I sank my bare hands into a display roll labeled “Mountain Fog” and felt my soul knit back together. I laid cheek-first on a patch of taupe shag and whispered, “This is what hope feels like.” No one judged me.They even had Berber so dense I swear it hummed when I pressed my ear to it. One of the employees brought me a sample square and said, “You look like you’ve been through some laminate trauma.” I wept.They let me stay for forty-five minutes, just walking barefoot through samples like a carpet sommelier tasting redemption. I left with a remnant under my arm, peace in my heart, and the strength to return to the Travelodge one more night.5 stars. Not just a carpet store—a healing center. If your hotel is haunted and your spirit is threadbare, Carpet World is your temple.

Rob was the salesman that we dealt with & our experience was phenomenal! Rob went over & above our expectations while keeping within our budget. We live in a condo & Rob went directly to our condo manager and spoke with him about the flooring (the proposed flooring was not allowed in our building). Because Rob spoke with the manager, he was able to explain to the manager the benefits of installing this particular type of flooring. The contractor we dealt with was also a great person to work with and we're so happy with the end results. Thank you to Rob, Danica, & the contractor (can't remember his name at this moment).
