I recently bought a water softener from here and it did not work properly, after fighting with the manufacturer, I called Rona and the Manager Dan said bring it back to the store and we will take care of you. He was a super young man that went out of his way to help me and very friendly and knowledgeable, I cant say enough good things about him, i will definitely go back
I recently made a big purchase of lumber products for a deck. We ordered way too much and the return process worked very well (some waiting, but not bad). I was very pleased with the helpfulness and friendliness of those assisting me.
It's again Poor service. I been here yesterday. Since I require some specification lights. Requested for help. Waited for exactly 30 minutes for help, but no one came. The lady at Payment counter said . We don't have enough staff. On last She called MOD.Finally MOD arrived who has Zero knowledge about lights. Such a unprofessionalism.And we recieved wrong product.
