I would never recommend dealing with the Floor Store. We paid the full amount of our flooring upfront in April of 2024. We were told our flooring would arrive within 2-4 weeks. We planned for installation when we are gone to the lake early summer. I phoned and checked in with Nicole several times over the span of months. Our flooring did not arrive until September when I put some pressure on because my husband was leaving away for work for the year. Each time I called I got a different excuse as to why the flooring wasnt in or why she didnt have the time to call the supplier. When it ended ups getting installed we were short a box of the main flooring and had 2.5 extra boxes of the bathroom floor, yet the installers opened all the boxes of bathroom floor and took a few out of each box (maybe so I couldnt return full ones). The last box came in within 2-5 days, super fast which I found funny when the other boxes took months to come in due to “supply and shipping issues.” When the last bit of material was ordered Nicole was sure to text me to say I needed to come in and pay ASAP for the last box and some miscellaneous stuff. I was unable to make it in that Friday due to work so I said I would head in Monday, when she then texted me “Please can you etransfer me the balance owing I need gas money to get to my family in Yorkton for the weekend.” While Nicole was nice and helpful when I was choosing flooring, the moment she had my payment, customer service went out the window. Since our Floor Store disaster I have since heard from several people that stated the same thing about the service from this business. There are several other flooring stores in our city that would be worth looking into before supporting the Floor Store.
Did my upstairs floors, really satisfied with the quality ??. Nicole gave helpful advice & kept contact with me when my floors would be delivered, when I'm ready to complete the downstairs I will only order from "The Floor Store". I can't say enough..
I am so satisfied with the advice, quality reasonable price of the flooring. My floors are a dream & couldn't have turned out any better. I would highly recommend The floor Store as the place to go, just ?? awesome.
We come down from Saskatoon to get our flooring here. Saskatoon flooring stores weren't very helpful and the price was insane in comparison.So far we've done our whole basement. The product we chose is amazing and very durable. The price is right and their so helpful in discussing what we want.Coming up again soon to order for our bedroom flooring.
