She’s been amazing every single time I’ve gone in — so kind, knowledgeable, and patient.During our home renovations, we purchased the most beautiful plush carpet for three bedrooms, sturdy tile flooring for the laundry room, as well as stair tiles that look fantastic. We even found a thick, high-quality carpet for the entrance that’s perfect for our Canadian winters.Charlotte always takes the time to help, offers samples to bring home, and makes sure you find exactly what you need. Friendly service, reasonable price and quality of carpet. The service agents wrapped the carpet well and helped load it on my suv rack. It was well protected and survived two torrential downpours on the way home (1.5 hr drive away). Thanks!
