I can’t say enough good things about End of the Roll and especially Charlotte, the manager. She’s been amazing every single time I’ve gone in — so kind, knowledgeable, and patient.

During our home renovations, we purchased the most beautiful plush carpet for three bedrooms, sturdy tile flooring for the laundry room, as well as stair tiles that look fantastic. We even found a thick, high-quality carpet for the entrance that’s perfect for our Canadian winters.

Charlotte always takes the time to help, offers samples to bring home, and makes sure you find exactly what you need. I really didn’t know much about flooring at first, but with her guidance everything turned out beautifully.
