Spoke to them on the phone about potentially updating the flooring on my stairs and basement. I caught him at a time when they were updating their information, but he was so polite and accommodating and did his best to get the information I needed! I know when I do update the flooring, this is where I'll be going

Customers need to be aware that this store has a lack of standing behind their products and do very little towards helping their customers once defects are found in the products they sell. Its to bad that this local business operates like this

Highly recommend Right Choice Flooring. Dorothy was very helpful in picking out coordinating colours. We are pleased with the final product and at a great price.
