Spoke to them on the phone about potentially updating the flooring on my stairs and basement. I caught him at a time when they were updating their information, but he was so polite and accommodating and did his best to get the information I needed! I know when I do update the flooring, this is where I'll be going

Mike made himself available to answer any questions I had at all as I demoed of my old floor, etc. He was a huge help to my renos overall. I was impressed and glad to see that the installer took the time to choose the laminate layout piece-by-piece to avoid bad patterning; the sign of someone who takes pride in their work. Carpets are spot on as well!The floors look amazing, I have full confidence in the quality and install, and I will certainly be back the next time I need a floor.As the name implies: they are the right choice if you need flooring.Thanks RCF!
Top notch service. recommended a new flooring called drop and done. love it, we will be purchase flooring from Right Choice again.
