I had a great experience with the rug selection process and showroom. Choosing a rug swatch was easy, and the variety of options was very good. Pam was incredibly helpful throughout—she handled the ordering and scheduling seamlessly, and everything leading up to installation felt smooth and professional.Unfortunately, the installation itself did not meet expectations. The install took place on December 23rd, and I immediately noticed several issues. The sides of the rug are not secured down on the stair treads, and there is an apparent seam visible on the side of the runner that I would only expect to see with multiple pieces—not on just six stairs. We also noticed, before the installer left, that one section at the end wasn’t even stapled down.I tried calling before the office closed that day, and the only solution offered was to staple the rug to the stairs, which I was told they normally don’t do. My previous stair runner installation (by another company) used a non-damaging adhesive, which held the rug properly without issues. As it stands now, dirt and debris are already getting underneath the rug.I was told someone would call me on Friday the 26th, but no one ever did. At this point, I will have to continue following up until this is resolved. I paid a significant amount of money, which would be completely worth it if the installation were done correctly.Overall, the rug itself and the showroom experience were excellent, but the installation and follow-up have been disappointing. I hope this can be fixed so the final result matches the quality of the product and service I experienced initially.

With infinite styles and color choices available, narrowing down a carpet that suits your style, color and decor, is time consuming, difficult, contentious, confusing and a tedious chore.Go to any carpet store anywhere including any big box store and everybody is eager to just sell you any carpet so they can earn their commission.However finding a knowledgeable salesperson with design/decor experience such as Pam Blanchette from Bradford Carpet, that can assist you in narrowing down a carpet style and color choice including coordinating with our existing family room decor - in today's world is rare.Pam was immensely helpful to quickly narrow down a carpet solution to finalize a balanced decision between carpet style, color and decor, all within a very reasonable purchase value.This is one of the reasons we have purchased carpet from Bradford Carpet for nearly 40 years.Lenny & Lynn PolonskiReading, MA
