Everything was perfect from the initial consultation to the install. Victor was able to explain in detail the pros and cons of each carpet product and gave us advice on what to ask other companies we were getting quotes from. Pedro showed up right on time for our install and stayed till it was complete. He was meticulous in his clean up, even used a blower on our front porch! Everything looks amazing!

This is a real account of my experience with Atlas.*From day 1 they were transparent, professional and patient throughout the process. Any questions I had were accepted and answered thoroughly. They told us that we should not get the floors done until after we got some other house work finished to ensure the new floors would not be damaged in the future. I really appreciate that kind of honesty and transparency, instead of trying to rush us into a project.Vic gave updates every step of the way, and every day would give their ETA and they were ON TIME.I could tell when they started working that they take real pride in their craftsmanship. The amount of quality and time they put into prep work before laying down the planks is TOP quality. They also removed the furniture and put it back after the job just as it was before, then walked us through the room.All I have to say is, I'm in total disbelief how precise and quality their work is, and how it makes our place look like the home we have been waiting for since buying years ago.Other companies we spoke to had a clause in the contract that you couldn't leave bad reviews online about them, so when I saw the 5 star reviews for Atlas I was a bit skeptical. However, these guys let the quality of their work do the speaking, and don't need to use contracts to force people in positive reviews. I couldn't wait to leave this 5 star review for others like myself who are very discerning when it comes to their time.Great job Vic and team!
Highly recommend Victor and his crew at Atlas Flooring. He raised the sunken living room floor to be the same height as the rest of the first floor, solved severe unevenness of the floors and did a generally beautiful job. Professional throughout, courteous and the clean-up after the project was amazing, inside and out.
After looking into a few different quotes locally and from big box stores, we decided to move forward with Atlas Flooring and have 0 regrets. Working with Victor was an absolute pleasure! We bought our home a couple years ago and we knew we would need to replace the carpet because of how flattened it was but we did not realize the extent of the damage from previous owners. With a baby on the way, Victor was able to quickly adjust our appointment to be able to get the job done! Pedro was so kind, respectful, polite and friendly when working within our home. The difference from the photos is just night and day. We are completely obsessed with the quality of material and work done by Atlas Flooring. The premium padding makes it feel like you’re walking on clouds. We 100% look forward to working with Victor in the future for our flooring needs.
Atlas flooring and design exceeded my expectations. I learned so much about the subfloor preparation process and LVP installation by watching Victor‘s videos, on YouTube of all places! I contacted Victor, we set up a video call, and the next day Victor presented my estimate, one that met my needs, timeframe and budget. Victor and Cat’s work ethic is phenomenal even in bad weather! I had full confidence in Atlas flooring and design, my entire home was prepped for the LVP installation, and the end result is stunning, and performed to perfection. I hope Victor and Catalin come back, not just as workers, but as friends!
