Raleigh Flooring

I highly recommend Raleigh Flooring! They did a wonderful job installing new hardwood floor in my front rooms and foyer, refinishing the engineered wood floors in my kitchen and installing new carpet in my living room and stairs! I have included before and after Photos. James came out to our house and helped us pick out what type of flooring we would want and then sent us three estimates, The essentials, signature, and concierge packages. These estimates varied according to how much or how little we wanted done. We chose the signature package, which I feel was a very good deal for the price. The whole job took only a little more than a week. Jonathan, the project Director was out to visit several times during that week and was quick to respond to texts if I had any questions. The gentleman who worked on my house, were very professional, friendly and great at their jobs! The last picture is a transition from my kitchen, (which is refinished engineered flooring) to my dining room, (which is new hardwood flooring). It is a seamless transition Between the two floors! I was worried it wasn’t going to look good butMartin and Teno did a fabulous Job with this transition and all the hardwoods! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this company is! I highly recommend them!

I would not hesitate to hire Raleigh Flooring again: from first to last, they were awesome! James provided a clearly explained, thorough estimate; Jonathan guided the whole process smoothly; and Francisco & crew (Bernie, Angel, etc) installed everything with care, precision, and craftsmanship. Excellent group all round! The whole process was a lot less stressful and disruptive than we expected for installing hardwoods in the whole house. Great business that I would happily work with again.

These guys are awesome and did a wonderful job. We’re extremely excited about our new floors and carpets. The crew was quick they moved all of our furniture for us and they were very professional all around. The best part is they provide an awesome 0% interest financing option on top of an already affordable price which made it a no brainer for us! Would highly recommend

I had a terrible experience with carpet replacement after water damage 6 months ago and completely gave up on my insurance helping me. Based on reviews, I reached out to Raleigh Flooring to see how they could help....I just needed things to be better. From the first phone call and timely same day appointment, I knew I was going to have a much better experience. They were patient and allowed me time and space to decide what I wanted to do with my project, and a couple weeks later James came back to work out details. From that point on, installation scheduling was quick, the installers were excellent, they worked cleanly, and 2 different Raleigh Flooring representatives stopped by at the beginning and during the middle of install day just to check on how things were going. When my fiance and I look to move in the next couple years, Raleigh Flooring will be who we call for our next flooring project.

Raleigh Flooring was exceptional from start to finish. They came out with samples. We chose a color but changed our mind. They were very accommodating without any hassle. We found a different flooring that really made us excited about the project. It was the exact coastal liook I wanted. The installers were exceptional. They were careful not to let our pets out when they were in and out. The flooring looked amazing and very clean. They did not leave any debris for me to clean… I will definitely use them in the future!!!!
