Reviews
What customers say
Positive comments praise the flooring selection and workmanship, as well as the look of water-resistant flooring and a backsplash. A customer appreciated being referred elsewhere for a remnant the store did not sell. Feedback also includes a report of no response after a customer tried to proceed with a small laminate repair and a separate complaint about misleading information.

called looking for remnant and even though they don't sell them they referred me to Best Carpet. Saved me a lot of time and effort totally appreciate that.

Completely non responsive after we wanted to move forward on a very small job to fix some laminate flooring even though we knew cost would be high and job may not be perfect based on our circumstances. Apparently it wasn't big enough to bother getting back. Houston Flooring will be the first name crossed off the list when we completely redo our entire house in 6-9 months.
