Install the floors for our new build. Within a month of living in the house the floors gapped. We have lived there for over 2 years and we still have to call and ask them to come fix. Usually it takes about 2 weeks to get the initial installer to come fix. Send numerous messages to the owner and he never gets back to me. Will never use this company again for flooring.
Bad they just did a bad measurements they figured bad and short on the measurements they figure the seams where the people walk come on guys be better
My spouse has been on the hunt for flooring to finish our home and called this business, as their website showed they carry our needed flooring. My spouse was told they could order the flooring, have it shipped there, and it would arrive in a week or two. He just had to come in for them to order it. We don't live in Rapid City. My spouse had one day off and rushed over to order the flooring! We arrived and told they can't order our flooring. ?? Such a waste of time & gas! A no, sorry, we can't get your flooring in would of been nicer than making us drive over for no reason!
After several disappointing stops at other flooring places, Altimate Flooring was a breath of fresh air. Kennadi was so helpful and gave good recommendations on what would look good in our house. We are very pleased with the results and so happy we went with this company.
Aside from having an awesome selection of flooring products to choose from, we had some very tight time lines to work with on our new construction project. Barak and his crew told me what they could do and when and delivered perfectly. Love the floor and was beyond impressed with the service! Stay away from the big box stores and give these guys a try!
