About All Floors

I highly recommend all about floors for any flooring project! The whole process was easy, starting from the staff at the showroom assisting in picking out materials from a wide selection. We got multiple things done (carpet, stair runner, and LVP) so had the company out at our house 3 different times within a week. They planned the project in order to best install the floors. Each team of installers did great work and were very efficient and clean! After completing each project someone followed up to make sure we were happy with the installation. The communication from start to finish was great. We are so happy we found all about floors to complete these projects for us!

We used About All Floors to help outfit new construction, and they helped turn an overwhelming task into a thoroughly enjoyable experience! Paul and Kelly patiently helped us sort through all options and price points, making suggestions for styles and combinations that would look great together. A few months after making our selections, we learned that the vinyl flooring we picked (to go with everything else!) had been discontinued. When we returned to the showroom, Paul and Kelly had a few comparable options already set aside to help make our choice simple. The final results are spectacular!! The colors and textures all work well together, and are visually interesting without fear of eventually looking dated. The installers took great care to make sure that everything was done perfectly. We couldn’t be more pleased with everything! Lastly, the customer service has been amazing! Dee has been so helpful in getting back to us with information in a thorough and timely manner. We can’t recommend About All Floors highly enough! :)

We had our kitchen, family room and laundry room flooring replaced by About All Floors along with a bathroom makeover and we couldn't be happier. Kelly and Cris were so helpful in making style decisions, and the installers Brad and Dylan were professional, kind and pleasant to have in our home. We LOVE our new floors and will tell everyone we know to use About All Floors in the future.
