Outstanding consultative sales and installaion process!! Quality, Pricing and customer service are superior!During my initial store visit, I explained to Nancy that I needed replacement wall to wall carpet and padding in 2 bedrooms and hallway. Nancy listened to my desires and concerns then provided samples to take home. The process was easy from there.Eric was friendly and professional when he measured my house. The installers were AMAZING!! Two great men who represent Boyer's very well! I highly recommend Boyer's!!
First time carpet buyers!! Great experience from walking into the store to discuss what we might need; to meeting and discussion with person who came to measure; and then .... the installers!! Marlon and Patrick were fantastic! House with 2 floors, along with stairs which they also had to work with railings. Professional all the way!! We had boyers put in our flooring back in 2020, it was gorgeous! The flooring was beautiful and the workmanship was amazing. Sadly, we had a kitchen pipe burst and the entire 2300 sq ft of flooring along with the finished basement had to be ripped out and replaced. Well, I went back to Boyers flooring. And worked with Eric and Cindy, have to say amazing people!! Made it easy and smooth for us. The crew is extremely talented, stictchless workmanship! Cleaned up after themselves and made it as nothing happened. Wow 2 months later and I feel so relieved! Thank you Boyers flooring, Eric, Cindy, the crew and especially Victor Jr. ! Amazing young man! Everyone use Boyers floor coverings!
After shopping around for several opinions and quotes for our project, we knew Boyer’s was the perfect fit for us as soon as we visited their store. All of the staff was extremely welcoming, even of our 3 young children who were able to play quietly in the showroom while we perused. They were super accommodating in allowing us to bring multiple samples home until we found just the right matches. Boyer’s offered very competitive pricing and the final outcome was beyond what we could have dreamed! The installers were friendly and did exceptional work. We will definitely be using Boyer’s for future flooring projects and would not hesitate to recommend them to others!
