I cannot let another moment go by without giving kudos to Mary and Sal on the amazing job they have done. I don’t have pics yet because house is still in disarray after having flooring replaced. We did a huge reno (for us) in 2021 and due to manufacturer defects the floors began to buckle. Creative went above and beyond to address the issue. The floors have been replaced completely, and the entire experience has been as smooth as it could possibly be. I wish all businesses had this type of integrity and work ethic. I’d give them an infinite number of stars if I could. Highly recommend!!
Creative Flooring installed bathroom floor and shower tile as a subcontractor when I had my bathroom remodeled a few years ago. They had to revisit right after and again later to replace cracked floor tiles.I’m three years after a remodel and needing to have Creative’s work redone. Now I’m looking for a new tile / flooring company to do it right. If this helps you avoid my situation, that’s my intent and motivation for posting well after receiving their services.
I had sheet vinyl flooring installed in my kitchen and powder room. My experience with the staff was great. Joe, the installer was a hard worker and had a great attitude. It was a pleasure to have him in my home. I am very pleased with the installation. I would not hesitate to work with Creative Flooring & Design again.
I have used Creative Flooring a couple of times as well as several other vendors in the area. I have not had a bad experience with any of them but I believe that Creative Flooring cares more about the service they provide and the quality of their work than anyone else I've used. Stephanie in the show room is awesome too. I plan on using them again soon for tile work.
