Great work, wonderful experience! We talked to several flooring places before hiring Mendez to do a heated tile floor, but once we met Chris and his team, the choice was clear. In the showroom, Yvonne went out of her way to help us visualize the project, and she and Carolee were friendly and professional in setting things up. Chris was at the house every morning to supervise the job, explaining at every step what was happening and what to expect. The workmen were friendly, tidy, thoughtful and super competent — and they all loved our dog. The project is finished now and we couldn’t be happier. We have a beautiful tile floor in our art studio, and the gentle heat radiating from the floor makes what used to be an impossibly cold room warm and cozy. What makes it extra nice is the experience of working with this superb company.
My husband and I had a great experience dealing with Mendez Flooring. The owner was friendly and professional. While looking for something we truly wanted, Yvonne was a big help at the show room. She ordered what we chose and within a couple days our floors were in. A date was quickly set and floors changed. The guys are professional and courteous! I was anxious about my Christmas decor being damaged in any way. They took their time moving all of it around, and made sure the China cabinet could be empty before moving it. They did a great job cleaning up after they finished and where very polite. Kudos to you guys. I will be using you again for future projects. Prices where great as well.

Mendez Flooring is the best!!! They did our wood floors, and they were amazing. Very efficient, professional, and courteous. One day installation, when we were told up to 3 days. That is awesome! Working with Mendez flooring in all aspects from dealing directly with Chris Mendez, the lovely ladies in the showroom and the installers was an absolute wonderful experience.The materials purchased for the tile for the backsplash and our landing in our foyer and the wood flooring are absolutely beautiful and the workmanship was above and beyond our expectations.They replaced all of the hardwood flooring in our upstairs in six rooms, both tearing out and installing new hardwood floors and all done perfectly in two days.The installers that were here were absolutely professional and never stopped working, and it was unbelievable that they were able to tear out all of the flooring and reinstall six rooms in two days. The second installer that came to install the tile was also excellent and the third installer refinished 10 stairway steps in our foyer, that were red Oak from 1970 , sanding and staining to be dark to to closely match the new Hardwood floors!You must experience their showroom because it is a beautiful with excellent selections that aren’t like anything.
