Nufloors Red Deer

Nufloors sold us our luxury vinyl flooring a couple of years ago. We did our entire main floor and we're extremely pleased with Dragon and his staff. When we decided on carpet for our lower floor recently we went to Nufloors again because of our excellent service the first time. Once again we had a great experience. Kelly was knowledgeable and professional. The installers were prompt and did an amazing job. Once again we were very happy with the entire experience.

We had carpet installed in our master bedroom by Nufloors Red Deer, and overall the experience was great. Kelly came to our home to take measurements and walk us through the entire process and timeline. She was very friendly, professional, and honest about the available options, which we really appreciated. The installation was done by Sam, who worked quickly and efficiently. The carpet looks great and everything was done smoothly. Overall, we are very satisfied with the result and would definitely recommend working with them.

We replaced two-thirds of the flooring in our home in November with beautiful luxury vinyl plank, and the entire experience with Nufloors was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the store until the final installation, Kelly was absolutely the best. She made the whole process seamless. She price-matched the flooring we selected, was open and helpful with all of our ideas, and her response time was always quick and efficient. Her communication was excellent, and she was always available to answer questions or address any concerns. Kelly also has a great referral network of contractors and was able to connect us with a plumber who worked efficiently with her team to ensure everything was completed within the given timeline. We were away on holidays during the installation, and Kelly was incredible at managing everything while we were gone—keeping us informed when needed and taking care of anything that came up. She truly understands what homeowners need and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled with care. The installers from Nufloors, Mike and his crew, did a beautiful job. We could not be happier with how our staircase turned out. Our stair nosing was made by Exact Matches, and Mike used them to create an absolute masterpiece. Our bottom step was originally carpeted with a rounded edge, and he was able to recreate that same look in the new flooring—something we thought we would have to give up. He is a true artist, and the staircase is our favourite part of the entire renovation. Our home was left clean and undamaged, and all garbage was removed. Nufloors was not only the most cost-effective option for both flooring and installation, but they truly over-delivered in every aspect from start to finish. We look forward to enjoying our new floors for many years to come, and we would absolutely highly recommend them without hesitation and would gladly use their services again in the future. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ~Rozanne & Ryan Pyper

We use Nu Floors on all of our home building and renovation projects (Manhani Builders). Their product selection is fantastic, and the installation is always done with care and precision. The team is professional, communication is excellent, and they consistently meet our timelines. The final result always looks amazing! A big thank you to Dragan, Kelly, and the rest of their team for their outstanding service and support over the last few years.
