For about 5 years I have been trying to purchase a flooring from Factory Flooring Outlet and I finally was able to do it this year. I must say Mike and Adal, my installers, were absolutely awesome. Always on time, had a great attitude, and were always putting away their stuff at night. I highly recommend this company and their staff is very accommodating in every sense of the word. Factory Flooring outlet Helped us change out our carpet to lovely vinyl flooring in an emergency situation. The flooring looks beautiful, the workers came in, laid the flooring, cleaned up and were very kind, personable, and skilled. The entire staff led by Denise were fantastic, Kind and helpful. I went back, after our life settled a bit, and bought a beautiful remnant that they had bound for an area rug. They are wonderful! Always will be my first choice.
Our floor installation was completed mid-week last and we are very happy with the end result. We worked with Rick during the entire process and he was friendly, professional and thorough. We have had many projects completed at our house over the years and typically there was something that had gone wrong. That was not the case with Factory Floor Outlet.
