I am doing a DIY install of hardwood in my home, and have an old particle board subfloor to remove first. I came in to buy flooring, and I made it clear that I would do the install. That meant that the only sale they would make a profit on was the flooring and underlayment. Didn't matter. They were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and gave a lot of advice, and their time, in order to make sure the job was satisfactory. Not just the product they sold me, which was fairly priced, and arrived on the exact day they said it would. That would be a good review in itself, but it has been a long, long time since I dealt with a bunch of people like this, who went out of their way to make sure I did the job correctly. If Google had six or seven stars, I would have given them that. Try this out. Whether you buy from them or not, you won't be dissapointed

His knowledge, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mr. Schumann took the time to understand my needs, offered clear and honest guidance, and ensured everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set him apart and reflect very positively on the store.
However, the order took longer than I thought and the work was overly estimated.
