We just got out stair carpet runner installed. The carpet is really good quality, though there were some delays in the shipping the team was good to keep us updated, thanks to Frank. For the installation, Cambel and his team did a fantastic job. They were on time and did the work very quick. We recently changed our old bedrooms carpets to hardwood floors. We bought the wood at the Alexanian Richmond Hill location. Their service was excellent and professional . Thank you Imtiyaz for your help and advise. Your customer service is impeccable! The quoted hardwood price was the most competitive compared to many other stores. They even helped us take back extra unopened boxes of wood to send back to the manufacturer. That saves us some money! We are very happy with our floors and they look amazing!
Fantastic service throughout from Alexanian Richmond Hill. We were looking to replace the flooring at our condo with luxury vinyl and Frank was absolutely fantastic and was very helpful and explained to us everything there is to know about vinyl flooring and helped us make the right choice. Frank came to the condo a few days later to take measurements and while there called his installer to go over with me the installation process and my concerns about the kitchen island and cabinets. When it came to installation, Ali and his team was super efficient and did an absolute fantastic job. They installed flooring all the way underneath the island and everything and everywhere looks perfect.
