We recently had our wood floors refinished by AC Floors and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Arthur and Renata were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were frequently present to personally oversee the job, which gave us great confidence that everything was being handled with care and attention to detail.Communication was excellent throughout the process. They kept us informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly, and made sure we knew what to expect. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work.Most importantly, the floors look absolutely brand new. The transformation is incredible — the finish is smooth, rich, and flawless. On top of that, they completed the project ahead of schedule, which was a fantastic bonus.Outstanding job all around. Excellent communication and beautiful results from AC Floors’ refinishing my old wood floors and installing LVP in a porch room. When they had a cancellation, they called me and were able to finish days ahead of schedule. One of the best customer service experience I’ve had lately.
