We recently had our wood floors refinished by AC Floors and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Arthur and Renata were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were frequently present to personally oversee the job, which gave us great confidence that everything was being handled with care and attention to detail.
Communication was excellent throughout the process. They kept us informed at every stage, answered all of our questions promptly, and made sure we knew what to expect. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in their work.
Most importantly, the floors look absolutely brand new. The transformation is incredible — the finish is smooth, rich, and flawless. On top of that, they completed the project ahead of schedule, which was a fantastic bonus.
Outstanding job all around. We highly recommend them to anyone considering refinishing their wood floors.

It’s my privilege to write a review of the recent whole-house flooring project that AC Floors recently completed in my home. We were referred to them by ProSource, and I am so glad we were.

From start to finish, Arthur and his team were attentive, professional, and incredibly easy to work with.

We were kept well informed throughout the entire process. He gave good advice on a couple tricky points to the install, and we are happy that we went with his recommendations. The crew showed up on time every day, worked hard and diligently, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Their care and attention to detail and quality workmanship clearly show in the finished product, which looks really great.

We couldn’t be more pleased with how everything turned out. I would without hesitation recommend AC Floors to anyone looking for an installer in the Richmond area. Thanks Arthur and team!
