I had an outstanding experience working with Catherine Belgiorno at Floor & Decor. They are getting 5 stars because of her! From the moment I walked into the store, she greeted me warmly and immediately made me feel welcome. She scheduled a two-hour design appointment with me, but when we realized we needed more time to finish selecting tile for my bathroom remodel, she generously stayed for over three hours to make sure everything was just right.
Catherine was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She began by walking me through the layout of the store and explaining where different materials were located, which made the whole experience much easier and less overwhelming. When it came to choosing tile, she was extremely helpful in explaining how different textures and styles work together and what combinations would look best.
After we finalized the tile selections, she went above and beyond by helping me gather all the additional supplies needed for the project. Even after checkout, she took the time to go to the loading dock to make sure I received the correct materials.
Catherine’s honesty, expertise, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. She made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend working with her if you’re planning a project—she is a fantastic design consultant and an incredible asset to Floor & Decor.

I’m finally at the point in my life where I actually needed to go and buy stuff from a Floor and Decor store - I felt so adult. My husband and I went in looking for all of the things needed to backsplash our kitchen and we were lucky enough to have Katie Y help us throughout the whole process! Katie was incredibly kind, informative, helpful, and witty. She genuinely made the process of picking out grout colors significantly more fun - she answered all of my questions and was super patient and sweet while answering all 900 of my questions! Still unsure if we will do a great job at a backsplash but I can say that we will do our best while Katie’s encouragement lives in my heart and mind forever ??

Floor & Decor has a pretty good selection overall, and I like that they have a lot of displays set up around the store. It really helps to see the tile and flooring options put together so you can visualize how it might look in your own home. They definitely carry a wide variety of styles and materials.

That said, my biggest issue has been customer service. A lot of the time, there just aren’t enough associates available to help. When you do find someone, the experience can be hit or miss. If you don’t know exactly what you’re looking for, it sometimes feels like they focus more on upselling than actually helping.

For example, I once sent a friend to pick up a specific tile, and they ended up selling him a very similar one for nearly double the price. On another occasion, I sent my wife to grab backsplash, and she was upsold a bunch of more expensive items we didn’t actually need. Experiences like that make it hard to fully trust the guidance you’re getting.

Overall, I’d give it 2 stars. The selection and displays are strong, but the lack of consistent, genuinely helpful customer service makes shopping there frustrating at times.

Casey did an awesome job. Very professional took her time to walk me through everything and gave me really good prices on my Tile. I highly recommend her for any people who need help and I hope you guys give her a nice bonus check.

Very nice clean place to look for tiles and flooring. The guy in the front today was very rude. We came in and he said to my husband to take of a tag that he forgot to. Very got us upset no hello welcome!! He made a bigger deal about a tag that we had to have on for a job that we are doing.
