Customer Reviews

Denise Zapf

The flooring installation was very smooth. They removed old carpet and replaced every floor surface on our 2nd floor. When they were done they put the furniture back. There was a problem with some of our floor joists but the fix was inexpensive and did not delay our job. We would recommend this company.

We are very pleased with the work FCI did in our home. The crew was great. They installed new carpet and flooring and did a professional job cleaning up and putting furniture back in place. We would highly recommend you to use their services.

I recently had a carpet runner installed on my stairs and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I was having a hard time picking a carpet and Glenn was very helpful with locating samples and helping me pick the best carpet for my stairs. He was very responsive and got the process moving quickly, which I appreciated. My install got a little delayed with the recent snow storm but everyone was super responsive and got out here as soon as they could. I would definitely recommend this company!
