I recently had a carpet runner installed on my stairs and I’m extremely pleased with the results. I was having a hard time picking a carpet and Glenn was very helpful with locating samples and helping me pick the best carpet for my stairs. He was very responsive and got the process moving quickly, which I appreciated. My install got a little delayed with the recent snow storm but everyone was super responsive and got out here as soon as they could. I would definitely recommend this company!

Their follow up skills are excellent; they checked in with us before, during and after our project, both via phone and in person. The hardwood and carpet installation Teams were courteous and went above and beyond during the installation process. Workmanship, attention to detail, and materials are top notch. I couldn’t be happier with the experience I had with Floor Coverings International. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. The project manager was fantastic—patient, communicative, and made sure I understood every step of the process. The team that came out to re-sand all of my downstairs hardwood floors did an incredible job. They were professional, efficient, and the end result was absolutely phenomenal.

On top of that, I happened to be in the middle of redoing my stairs at the same time, and they went above and beyond by connecting me with someone who could finish that project as well. That kind of service is hard to find!

I highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone looking for quality workmanship, great communication, and a team that truly cares about the finished product.
