I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Morris Tile. What should have been an exciting time preparing my home for the arrival of my baby turned into an unnecessarily stressful ordeal due to their poor communication and lack of professionalism.From the start, the service was unacceptable:• My emails went unanswered, and I had to follow up multiple times to even get a quote.• After placing my order, I was told it would arrive in 2.5 weeks. A month passed with no updates. Despite leaving messages and sending emails, I received no response.• I finally learned that my tile had been ready for pickup for weeks, but no one notified me. This delay set my renovation back by over three weeks.As a result, I am now moving into my home on Christmas Eve, 34 weeks pregnant, instead of celebrating the holiday in my newly renovated space. Their response to my complaint felt dismissive, and made no real attempt to resolve the situation. Apologies are appreciated, but don’t address the stress and disruption this caused.I would not recommend Morris Tile based on this experience. A company that prides itself on a 4.9-star rating should hold itself to much higher standards of communication and service. This was deeply disappointing and far below expectations.
Theresa was extremely helpful in facilitating my tile selection for our bath remodel project. She was prepared for the visit, communicated clearly and offered grout color and other options to consider--all within my budget too. Very professional! The store itself is large and spacious, with plenty of tile colors and patterns to choose from. I highly recommend this establishment.
I can't speak highly enough of the expert service and attention the Kim Morris provides at the Roanoke Morris Tile Showroom. I work with clients and a builder making selections for multiple homes of many sizes. Kim helps bring my (or my clients) vision to life while staying within allowance.
The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I've been coming here for over 10 years to get supplies I need for my profession. I've never had an issue with anyting, everyone here is a professional!
