I went to Floor trader on Saturday to find new bedroom carpet after our beloved lab got sick on it and ultimately passed away. Devastated, I went in, spoke with Sam, he helped me find what I wanted within 5 minutes, and scheduled the install for the next Friday. Alex, the installer, came on time, worked very fast taking down a king size adjustable bed and moving all the other furniture. The new carpet installed and all furniture put back together and in place in about 2 hours. Y’all made this so easy after such a sudden and awful situation. And the carpet is absolutely beautiful.
