I visited End of the Roll to replace some carpet at my SFU apartment earlier this year. Bill (who was amazing all through the process) had the apartment measured the next day and helped me pick out a carpet which suited my needs and at a price that I found very reasonable. The installation was also quick and professional. I cannot recommend this store enough!
I have dealt with End of the Roll in Ontario, and when it came to replacing the carpet in my Richmond condo with laminate, I thought I would return to the same chain. And, I am so glad that I did. From Sales Associate, Chris to the install team of Austin, Matt & Aidan, led by Kyle, I was absolutely delighted with the service and the stellar work. The day & a half install was streamlined with great attention given to detail. And, after Day #1, the install team ensured that I had the bed established again in the primary bedroom. Very caring attitude which was so very appreciated. I highly recommend this flooring chain and Kyle & his professional team!
Was looking for carpet samples/squares or cut loose pieces, to place under my Harley tires, to prevent flat spots while storing in the garage for winter. I called & explained, and they said they had pieces for a couple of bucks. So I went in, it's across the street from McDonald's/Lordco/Home Depot on Sweden Way, just off Bridgeport in Richmond. I met a kind man named Zuhl?, who gave me a small roll of biege carpet. I offered a couple of Toonies, for coffee, but he insisted it was free! The Richmond End of the Roll was excellent. We love our new carpet. Purchased on Sunday, installation on Wednesday.Everyone was professional and the whole process was flawless. We definitely use them again!!
