Word Of Mouth Floors

Great company to deal with. Worked with Sunny to pick out the best product and color that worked for our home. After the product was decided, Greg and his team from treskel service took over for the install. Minor delay from unforseen circumstances, but the end result was worth it. Greg even showed up on the last day to help with the final cleaning and make sure everything was up to his standards. Great bunch of people to deal with.

I would like to give a special shout out to Sunny Sharma of Word of Mouth Floors. Sunny took the initiative to call me when I was still procrastinating about my online purchase with their company. When I told him that I found lower prices online from other flooring company, he tried his best to give me a better deal, which I really appreciate. He is extremely hardworking and responsive. He never fails to pick up my phone call even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day when I had queries about my order. Sunny also makes sure that my order is correct with the vendor and CC me in the email to ensure that everybody is kept in the loop and we are all on the same page about my order. Sunny is also very kind, personable and honest and I am so grateful that he took the initiative to call me. When I needed extra boxes of wood, he also called to inform me that the warehouse has the two boxes ready for pick up and he was also able to answer my call immediately when the warehouse needs the correct pick up sales order number. Thank you very much, Sunny. I am so grateful for all your help. I truly feel that you are an asset to your company and you deserve a recognition.

Word of Mouth is the best place to purchase flooring and tile. We live in Manitoba and first purchased Kennedy vinyl plank flooring for our kitchen reno through Sunny Sharma at Word of Mouth in BC. Sunny's service was excellent, quick with replies and the quote. Ordering was so easy. We got such a good price that we checked with Word of Mouth for the brick wall tile (Olympia Tile - London Brick series) we needed next and again got the best price. We had checked with several other retailers for both the flooring and tile but none of them were even close. We highly recommend Word of Mouth Flooring and will be checking with them again for our next project. Nancy

We purchased laminate flooring from Word of Mouth flooring and were pleased with the service we received and found them to be very professional. Our order was processed and we received the order within days. We ordered Primco Transcend collection laminate flooring 12ml - Canal, see photos. The flooring was very nice and easy to click together. Would definitely would order from them again and will recommend to others. Thank you!

I had an amazing experience with Word of Mouth Floors! I worked with Jon to get the laminate I wanted for a very reasonable price, and he was super great and very responsive! Their installer, Greg and his team at Treskel Services, did a fantastic job with the flooring installation. I'm super happy with my floors from Word of Mouth!
