Great communication from the start from Freddy! Estimate was provided right away and work was scheduled right away. Great communication continued with the notification that they were on their way the day of the scheduled work. Areas were taped off with plastic and sealed properly. The execution of the work was excellent! Very thorough and detailed! Thank you Mauricio for your time and effort! Definitely worth the money!! The gentlemen who were here today worked very hard removing a thick black, tar like mastic and got the job done that another flooring company wasn't able to accomplish. They were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Oh my gosh, what can be said, that hasn't already been said! These guys are absolutely top notch. Their work ethic is exceptional and what every contractor should aspire to be. Initially, we had the first floor installation with wood flooring and baseboard done. We loved it so much, we had them do the second floor! Then we had them add limestone treads to our staircase which came out beautiful. They are professional, kind, respectful, and knew exactly what needed to be done. As most floors, there were some uneven spots, but they had everything leveled, prepped, and ready to go before installing any of the wood flooring. This is essential for a beautiful professional finish. The installation took only 4 days because they worked so efficiently together (you can tell they have done this a couple of times!). I am a clean freak and there wasn't a day where there was dust or debris anywhere. Everyday, they had everything cleaned up and vacuumed. It was so impressive just watching them work together as a team.I am so so happy to have found them, especially after coming off a previous contractor who was the absolute worst in every way.Please do yourself a favor and hire professionals like FLOORIZON. Brian and his team were excellent!!! If I could give a 10 star rating I would! When I met with Brian I noticed immediately how respectful and professional he was! It was important to me to have my home done with excellence. I shared I read all of his reviews before calling him and was hoping to be another happy customer. I was very specific when I wanted the project to start and finish. They started when they said would. They finished in the 5 days as they said would… on New Years Eve at 6:00 pm!!! Incredible. His entire team took great care to clean up every day and protected all of our things that were exposed to the dust and construction. We lived in our home while this was going on and they moved our bed and furniture back and forth for us. I am beyond satisfied and will use him again when we do our downstairs. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are truly the BEST!!!!!
