We were unfamiliar with Family Traditions Flooring until we did a kitchen remodel and our contractor suggested them. Boy are we glad we did. Katye and Ben were so easy to work with. The remodeling project impacted our current flooring, which we really liked as it was. We had no idea how long ago the flooring was originally put in so we were unsure if it would even be possible to order the additional flooring we needed. After much searching, Ben and Katye were able to find the the exact flooring we needed to complete the project. Their efforts saved us thousands of dollars and allowed us to keep the floor we enjoyed. When it came to the backsplash, we were overwhelmed with choices. Katye was able to guide us to just the right design. She has a keen eye for style and we are so happy with her advice. It’s also important to note she helped us stay within our budget. In addition to our kitchen project, we wanted to replace the flooring in another room. We bought flooring at Costco thinking this snap together product would be so easy to do we could do this ourselves. Boy were we wrong. We made a call to Family Traditions and they came out to install our flooring for a reasonable amount. As you read this, take note that they had more than one opportunity to upsell their products or overcharge us for installing flooring that we didn’t buy from them. It is more important to them to have satisfied customers than to over charge to make a higher profit. In the coming years we will need to replace carpet. We will certainly look to Family Traditions first.
