Anthony treated us what kindness, respect, and great support. The products we purchased were of the highest quality and the installation and support we got afterwards were one of a kind. We had new flooring put in our sun porch and so happy with it. Parker was our sales representative and we were so impressed with him. He was very informative and was so willing to give us good advice with colors etc. The installers did a beautiful job and clean up was amazing.
Had the best experience with Hillers Flooring. I walked in not knowing what I wanted. I showed pictures of my home interior to Dan and he gave me great ideas and explained what hardwood floors I should go with and tile for back entry. I went home with 3 samples hardwood and 2 tile. They were all beautiful but I ended up picking Hickory Hardwood for main living and a white tile for back entry. Kyle kept me updated on shipping dates, date bringing to my home and installation dates. My installers were very professional and they did an amazing job on my floors. I had a large area so they were here a week. By the time they left I knew exactly what people meant when they say Hillers are like family, because that's what they are. Hands down the Best around! 100% recommend Hillers! And Thank you for my beautiful flooring!
I want to thank Hiller's for the beautiful flooring and good service. I worked with Elizabeth in the showroom, and she was amazing! She was helpful, polite and respectful. Not all sales professionals are that way. She was great. She helped me work within my budget while still getting me great quality flooring.The guys who came to the house were great, too. Gregory and Hanson did the flooring in the bathroom and laundry room, and they were very efficient! They did a beautiful job in a short time. Eric, the plumber, came out to replace the toilet and the washing machine, and everything works well.Finally, a special thanks to Mason and Jake... they were terrific! They were at the house over 3 days, installing wood laminate and carpet. Again, like Elizabeth, they were friendly and respectful, especially to my elderly Mom. They made her feel so comfortable with them being in the house.I thank you all for the great service and great product. As an African American woman, there are some sales people and contractors who are rude or mean yet still expect my business. I am willing and able to pay, but I'm not going to pay anyone to be disrespectful. I thank you so much for treating me like what I am, a grateful customer.
Hillers was so easy to work with. I had my home updated to luxury vinyl wood floors that look gorgeous. The installers were very efficient and did a quality job. The only thing I would suggest is the installers take pictures of each room so they know where to replace furnishings as it would have saved a return trip to reset. They were quick to respond to my request to fix. I am very pleased with my updated home.
