My wife and I had recently bought our first home, and my dream of having hardwood floors turned into a nightmare. Our carpets were surprisingly gross and the floor underneath was even worse, sadly unsalvageable.

We turned to Junge's Flooring for help, and it was a wonderful experience. Caitlyn explained the process of installing new carpet well, supported us, gave us honest options and opinions, and made a stressful process much easier to deal with.

Brian installed our new carpet and did a great job. Everything is right where it should be, looks great, and was done on time. The carpet Caitlyn suggested looks great in our space. I wasn't sure if I'd be happy without my hardwood floors, but I am very satisfied with my new carpet and with how much support Junge's and their staff offered during a stressful process. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed!
