We had a great experience with Caitlyn and the Junge’s team. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in our small, but much needed kitchen redo. Her guidance gave us just the look we were searching for. Tile setter Cooper was super efficient and contributed suggestions and solutions. All was started & completed in record time. Would recommend this team in a heartbeat!
I made numerous email and phone changes and questions with a relatively small purchase. Caitlin responded very quickly to all correspondence even though each change meant less money for the company. I was especially impressed with their Toys for Tots program that offered $150 in exchange for a toy. Even though I had paid for my supplies about six weeks earlier, I was sent a check for $150!!!! Impressive

My wife and I had recently bought our first home, and my dream of having hardwood floors turned into a nightmare. Our carpets were surprisingly gross and the floor underneath was even worse, sadly unsalvageable.We turned to Junge's Flooring for help, and it was a wonderful experience. Caitlyn explained the process of installing new carpet well, supported us, gave us honest options and opinions, and made a stressful process much easier to deal with.Brian installed our new carpet and did a great job. Everything is right where it should be, looks great, and was done on time. The carpet Caitlyn suggested looks great in our space. I wasn't sure if I'd be happy without my hardwood floors, but I am very satisfied with my new carpet and with how much support Junge's and their staff offered during a stressful process. We will definitely use them again in the future if needed!
