Chris and Tom Schell had a challenging job at my house. They turned the ugly uneven concrete floor into something I can feel proud of, instead of feeling embarrassed when company comes over. Walked into Bill's Carpet Center on Saturday, November 8th and my Carpet was installed beautifully on November 11th! This after being told by other carpet places that I would have to wait 4-5 weeks before install and they charged $300 more each for basically the same carpet and padding. David McKeown was my sales guy, he was upfront with cost and time. Walked me around the store to check if maybe they had a roll on hand that I could get for cheaper (Which, unfortunately they didn't have one my size and width) and somehow they still installed my carpet and did the trim 3 days later. That is Service!!! I had a huge flood in that room and had just done waterproofing and renovated the whole room and needed to get that carpet installed quickly and at a good price and Bills Carpet Center went above and beyond. It looks phenomenal in there now. Highly recommend giving David and Bill's Carpet Center a visit. Great guy. Thanks a bunch!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Jerry and flooring installer Sean from Bill’s Carpet Center. They recently completed a full tear-out and new installation of my bathroom floor, and the results are absolutely flawless.This wasn’t just any job—there were five layers of old flooring to remove, including the bottom-most layer of mosaic tile set in a thick 2-inch mortar and mesh bed. It was a huge, labor-intensive job that would have scared off a less experienced crew, but Sean handled it like a true professional. His attention to detail, skill, and work ethic were exceptional. He made sure every layer was properly removed and prepped before the new flooring went in, and the final product looks amazing. Jerry included all new base trim along with the flooring package, my choice of three different styles, and professionally painted at the showroom in my choice of color! Sean installed the trim with the same consideration as the flooring, and the final result is nothing short of stunning.Jerry was fantastic to work with as well—knowledgeable, communicative, and helpful every step of the way. He made sure everything ran smoothly and stayed on schedule, and offered great advice when it came to choosing materials and finishes.If you're looking for top-tier service, honest people, and excellent craftsmanship, I highly recommend Bill’s Carpet Center.
