Had carpet replaced with vinyl cuz of two dogs. will be finishing the rest of the house with Messner. Andrew helped schedule everything and was very helpful in explaining the process. He was patient with us, as this was our first time doing a large home project like this, and he was very knowledgeable about all of the types of floors and installation. Billy provided a very detailed quote, including the smallest of details, such as cost for moving of each large item of furniture. We had several quotes from other companies for the job, and Messner provided the most detailed, and accurate quote and the price was lower than all other other companies. One company gave a price on a business card for "everything." But when I asked them about additional items that Messner included, they kept increasing the original quote. Another company just listed material and labor on the quote, but again when asked about details that were on the Messner quote, that company stated they didn't include those in their price and started to increase their quoted price. Overall Messner provided the best price (as quoted), and also a fantastic quality job. All of the edges line up perfectly with the wall, there are no gaps. The lines of each plank line up. The quality of the floor vinyl is exceptional. No scratches, easy to clean. And the installation staff were very professional and helpful, and efficient. And nothing was damaged in our house during the installation. Getting vinyl floors has been a game changer: the space feels more fresh and open, the air quality is much better, the dogs like it, and it's so easy to clean. And Messner gives you some cleaning solution! If you're someone who is nervous about the process of home renovations, Messner is the way to go. They're honest, affordable, and provide a wonderful quality of service and work.

The team at Messner was easy to work with and very professional. They asked questions to make sure we got the right carpet for our needs. They also helped us match some existing hardwoods. The install teams were on time, polite and did a great job. We would work them again, and highly recommend.

My experience with Messner flooring began with Andrew who assisted me in my search for carpet in my home. I appreciated Andrew's support, I knew what I wanted and Andrew was able to quickly provide samples. There was never pressure for an upsell or alternative that he felt was better. He listened and provided the options based on my information provided. I unfortunately cannot place his name but the next step was to have the install areas measured. The gentleman that came and measured was so personable and comfortable it was like invitin' family in. He listened to my questions, provided insightful answers and was quick and efficient in his work. My interactions with him maintained my excitement and confidence with Messner flooring. Lastly was install day. Everything was superb up to this point... the installer knocked it out of the park! Tim was respectful and personable the minute he got out of the work vehicle. He contained his work area the whole time. Took precautions to minimize debris. He did not have to but in treating my home as if it were his, I noticed he shut my garage door for me after he got all of his gear in instead of leaving it open (as we all know some careless contractors would do). Tim made it a point to explain the process, made sure I was comfortable and safe to move about the house especially if needing to go through his work area. He had head phones instead of blaring music. (Some people have no consideration and would do that) I am a clean freak and my home was spotless when he left. He was fun to chat with! My old stairs provided some hurdles and he COMMUNICATED that with me versus leaving it a surprise and that goes a long way. And he made it all work perfect by the end. Tim sealed the deal on future recommendations to Messner flooring and they will be my first call if I have any future flooring needs. Thank you Messner team! Have been in twice. Once for carpeting for our second floor and hardwoods and a second time for our attic. We came back because of the quality and service the first time. Andrew was out sales rep , he was great and very lowe pressure. They also allowed us to install our own hardwoods and they handled the carpets. Great experience all around , every step of the way and will all parties from Messbers we encountered.. Would highly recommend Messner for flooring.

I could not be happier with my experience with Messner’s. Finding the perfect flooring for my kitchen and laundry rooms was not easy for me… I had been looking for a long time. Andrew, at Messner’s, knew exactly what I was describing and their installers did an outstanding, detailed and very professional job. I could not be happier!
