We had a great experience picking out our beautiful custom fireplace doors for our upstairs and downstairs fireplaces. Liam was a huge help with everything in house and Kevin pulled through with an excellent installation job! Start to finish everything was handled very well and I couldn’t imagine a more professional job could have been done. You do get what you pay for. Great experience. I can’t wait to do more business with them!
We had a great experience. Our design consultant Tamara was excellent. She helped us navigate the myriad of choices. We had installation of quartz countertop and tile backsplash. Excellent craftsmen.
Benson-Stone is our new go to furniture store. We recently purchased a couch, 4 chairs, 2 ottoman’s, a coffee table and a bedroom set . I have enjoyed purchasing our new furniture from Benson-Stone. The furniture is comfortable, well-built and great design. The delivery staff were friendly, professional and respectful. I saved the best for last-Robert M.our sales person. He was so wonderful to work with. Anytime I had a question he was quick to respond. Robert was professional and knowledgeable. All in all, our experience was very positive.
Very disappointed in Benson Stone Company. Management and owner are extremely unprofessional in how they deal with problems regarding the work performed by the installers they hire. They are not at all concerned with quality of work and they do not want to help remedy issues or repair things that their installers do incorrectly.*** In response to the reply below by the owner, the store did not tell me there was any problem with my existing floor prior to installing the new. They measured and sent the installer out to install the wood floor. When he arrived, he told me that plywood would have to be laid down prior to the floor or the result would be bad. Benson had not included new subfloor in their estimate, so I had to pay additional costs for the plywood. I wanted it done correctly. After the install was completed, there was a bowed area, quite noticeable. The store resent out an inspector who advised them on how to correct it. After several weeks, I called the store because I never heard back. The owner returned my call, told me that they refuse to stand behind their work and then lied, telling me that there was more prep beyond the plywood that needed to be done and I had refused. This is a flat out lie and he knows it. There was never any mention of anything beyond plywood that needed to be done, and that was recommended by the installer. Benson stone was pushing to go ahead without the plywood, but I wanted it done correctly, so I paid extra for it.It's really a shame to know that the owner of Benson Stone would lie to the public about one of their customers.
Jessica Hughes was wonderful to work with in our kitchen transformation. She listened to us and her suggestions were spot on! We couldn’t be happier with the flooring, cabinets and backsplash. We had so many talented and thoughtful people, from Benson Stone, working on making our dream kitchen come true! Thank you Benson Stone??
