Got Moen shower fixtures installed and have had a couple of problems that Dan did address and got Moen to warranty the product.
We went into Canyon back in November 2024. Dan, the salesman, was going to come out to our house to look at our kitchen to be remodeled. He came out in early December and took measurements and said he would be in contact with some ideas for our kitchen design. Didn't hear from him for about 3 months. When I called him more than once, he finally called me back and we went in to see generic drawings. The items that we talked about putting in the kitchen were not even on the drawing. It was just replacing the cabinets with the same layout we have now. Why it took that many months to do that is beyond me. My feeling is he threw something together just to get it done quickly. We went out there, looked at what he had, made some changes and some decisions on the cabinetry and got a little pricing, but nothing put together. We went home and sent him the text messages on March 5th with the information he wanted for our refrigerator and then.... Crickets. Nothing. We told him we would be ready to move on getting things done in the Spring of this year so it's not like we were just window shopping. Here it is, the middle of May and we haven't heard from him since 3/5/25. I guess they don't really want our business. So that was 5 months of wasted time for us and put us back by that far in the remodel job. Now it's back to finding someone who gives a damn to do the job. He's an owner from what we were told so there is no one else to talk to about it. If the owner doesn't care, who would?
Horrible experience. Designed master bath that is not functional. Did not use sub contractor that was promised. Did not pull permit that was in contract . Two products they designed that didn’t fit that they measured they refused to take back. Did not build to code. Never finished job. Taking to court. Don’t walk away from this establishment, Run . Beware of their lies.Plumbing code required three-quarter inch pipe. They used half inch. The shower leaked underneath the bench. And they had hot water supply to my toilet..
Project 1 of 2 is completed. We used Canyon Flooring and worked with Scott. The installation crew with John being the lead has created a beautiful living space. John and Joel work with the home owner via answering questions and requests. Top flight guys thank you.Carl and Wendy
We checked out Canyon after having a less-than-ideal experience with a different local flooring company, and am I ever glad that we did! After explaining my experience, Scott offered to come and measure our floors himself and provided a fair quote the very next working day. The install timing was pushed out a little further than we had originally wanted (due to the sheer amount of flooring we had ordered) but it was definitely worth the wait! John and Jake were polite and professional. They worked diligently each day and cleaned up after themselves before leaving each night. The installation went smoothly and we are 100% thrilled with our new floors! Thank you Scott, John and Jake! I have and will continue to recommend Canyon for anyone needing new flooring!
